innerlove is a product of Investnovation. It has two doors: ♡, an AI companion to talk to, and BUILD, at /build, an AI for the thing you keep not shipping. Both are AI, not people. Both are for adults 18 and older. Neither is therapy, or medical, legal or financial advice.
♡ is free. BUILD's try-it is free, needs no sign-in, and keeps nothing. The only thing you can pay for is a founding seat for BUILD, described below.
By using ♡ or BUILD, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy and Safety pages explain how your words are handled and how crisis help works. When these terms say we or us, they mean Investnovation, the business behind innerlove.
Every reply from ♡ or BUILD is written by an AI, not by a person. An AI can be wrong, and it does not know your whole situation. ♡ and BUILD are not therapists, doctors, lawyers or coaches, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Please check anything important with a qualified person before you act on it.
If you are thinking about ending your life, or you are in danger, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line now. Our Safety page lists lines by country. ♡ and BUILD show them when they detect signs of a crisis, but they can miss signs, so please do not wait for them.
♡ and BUILD are for people 18 and older, and they may not be suitable for some minors. Both ask before your first message is sent. If you are under 18, please do not use them. If we learn that an account or a seat belongs to someone under 18, we close it, delete its data apart from the payment records the law requires us to keep, and refund any payment in full.
Please do not use ♡ or BUILD to harm or harass anyone, or to break the law. They are not for sexual or romantic roleplay. Do not try to get around the 18+ question, the crisis checks or the fair-use limits, or to make ♡ or BUILD claim to be human. Do not scrape, overload, resell or automate them. A founding seat is for one person.
If you do these things, we may pause or close your access. If we close your seat for this, we tell you why by email, refund the unused part of your year, and send you a copy of the steps you kept if you ask. We will never close an account because someone told ♡ or BUILD they are struggling.
What you write stays yours. We use it only to run ♡ and BUILD for you, as the Privacy page explains, and we never sell it. The steps and drafts BUILD writes for you are yours to use however you like.
innerlove and this site are run by Investnovation. Please do not use the name to make something look as if it comes from us.
♡ needs no account, and BUILD's try-it needs no sign-in. We may change, pause or end a free feature. We will never do it in a way that removes the AI disclosure, the 18+ question or the crisis help.
Seats are not on sale yet. This is how they work from the day they open.
There are fifty founding seats for BUILD. A seat costs US$49 a year, instead of the US$96 a year that later seats will cost, plus any sales tax or VAT where you live, shown before you pay. It renews every year on the date you bought it, until you cancel, and the US$49 stays yours for as long as you keep the seat. If you cancel and come back later, you pay whatever seats cost then.
From the day you buy it: keeping your steps. Tap Keep this step under a step BUILD gives you, and it waits for you under Your steps on /build, with your own words beside it. There you can mark that it happened, let it go, or delete it.
For as long as you keep the seat: the US$49 rate, and a vote, by email, on what gets built next.
From 1 November 2026: the full version, doing a step together with BUILD. That means a draft of the exact message, 25 quiet minutes on a timer in BUILD, and a log of what shipped. All of it is software. No person coaches you or joins you.
A seat belongs to a signed-in innerlove account. Sign in on /build before you buy; the seat goes to that account, and keeping turns on as soon as the payment goes through. Without a seat, BUILD's try-it stays free and keeps nothing, and ♡ never needs a seat.
Cancel any time, online with Manage your seat on /build when you are signed in, or with one line to hello@innerlove.app and we do it for you. Your seat then runs to the end of the year you paid for and does not renew. Between 30 and 40 days before a seat renews, we email you the date, the amount, that it renews for another year unless you cancel, and a link to cancel. Lemon Squeezy may also send a reminder of its own.
Steps you have kept are never hidden, locked or deleted because of a payment, a refund or a seat that has ended. An ended seat stops new keeps and the rest of what a seat includes. What you already kept stays, and you can delete it whenever you like. Refunds have their own page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all our orders: it is the seller on your receipt, and it takes the payment and handles any sales tax or VAT. The charge on your card statement shows Lemon Squeezy's name, followed by our store name. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Where our Terms or Refunds page promises you more than its terms do, we keep our promise.
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
If we ever move to a different payment provider, we email you first. Nothing renews with the new provider until you choose it, and your US$49 rate stays yours if you do. If you do not, your seat runs to the end of the year you paid for and stops.
If keeping, or anything else a seat includes, stops working for more than seven days in a row, write to us and we refund the unused part of your year. If we stop offering BUILD, we tell you by email at least 30 days before, and refund the unused part of your year without you asking.
An AI can get things wrong, so please check anything important with a qualified person before you act on it. We are responsible for our own mistakes, as the law says. We never limit our responsibility if someone is hurt or dies because of something we did wrong, for fraud, or for breaking a law that protects you, including the laws on AI companions.
A founding seat does what this page and /build say it does. If it does not, write to us and we fix it or refund you. For anything else, and only as far as the law where you live allows, our total responsibility to you is the larger of what you paid for your seat in the twelve months before the problem, or US$100.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we update this page and its date, and say why. If you hold a seat, we email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, with what is changing and a link to cancel. If you do not want the new terms, cancel before they start and we refund the unused part of your year. A change never raises the price of a seat you already hold, and never removes the AI disclosure, the 18+ question or the crisis help.
Write to hello@innerlove.app. innerlove is built by one person, who reads every message, and we answer within five working days. If something has gone wrong, write to us first and we will try to put it right. Nothing here stops you from using any right you have where you live.
