♡ is free, and BUILD's try-it is free. The only thing you can pay for is a founding seat for BUILD, and this page is how refunds and cancelling work for it. To ask for a refund, write one line to hello@innerlove.app. You never need to give a reason.
Seats are not on sale yet. This page is how refunds work from the day they open.
A founding seat is refundable any time before the full version opens on 1 November 2026, on one line of email, no reason needed.
The full version means doing a step together with BUILD: a draft of the exact message, 25 quiet minutes on a timer in BUILD, and a log of what shipped. All of it is software; no person joins you. It counts as open only when all three are there for seat holders.
If 1 November 2026 arrives and the full version is not open, your money comes back without you asking, in full, within seven days. The seat then ends, and whatever you kept stays yours.
Once the full version is open, you can still get a full refund for 30 days from the day you bought your seat, or until 1 December 2026 if you bought it before 1 November. No reason needed here either.
A seat renews every year at US$49, plus any tax, until you cancel. Between 30 and 40 days before it renews, we email you the date, the amount and a link to cancel. Lemon Squeezy may also send a reminder of its own. If a renewal goes through that you did not want, write within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full.
Cancel any time, online with Manage your seat on /build when you are signed in, or with one line to hello@innerlove.app and we cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your seat keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. If you are inside one of the refund windows above and want your money back too, say so, and we refund it rather than only cancel. Outside those windows, we do not refund the unused part of a year, except in the cases below or where the law where you live says we must.
Deleting your innerlove account also cancels your seat, so it never renews. If you are inside a refund window, say so and we refund it too.
If keeping, or anything else a seat includes, stops working for more than seven days in a row, write to us and we refund the unused part of your year. If we stop offering BUILD, we tell you at least 30 days before and refund the unused part of your year without you asking. If we close a seat because the Terms were broken, or you cancel because you do not accept changed Terms, we refund the unused part of your year. If a seat turns out to belong to someone under 18, we refund it in full.
Steps you have kept stay yours. They are never hidden, locked or deleted because of a refund, a cancellation or a seat that has ended. Without a seat you cannot keep new ones, and you can delete the old ones yourself whenever you like. Nothing about ♡ changes.
Refunds go back through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with: the amount refunded, tax included. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it. If a charge ever looks wrong, write to us first; it is the fastest way to fix it.
Nothing on this page takes away a right you have where you live. In the EU and the UK, for example, most online purchases can be withdrawn from within 14 days, and our windows above already match or go beyond that. If the law gives you more than this page does, you get what the law gives.
